Only small items are available for pick up. If you need to pick up your order and plan on installing it yourself, $25 will be removed from the price. Once balloons are picked up, customer assumes all responsibility for them. Any balloons that are deemed damaged (popped balloons) after pick-up are customers responsibility. We will provide 10 replacement balloons upon pick-up in the case that any balloons do not make the trip to your location.
